As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll create and own the first product marketing function here at Ownwell. You’ll spearhead go-to-market for new products and features, grow a deep understanding of our customers/market/competition, and own lifecycle communications and messaging throughout the customer experience. You’ll be the glue between marketing, product, and sales, and help craft the Ownwell story and the unique value we deliver to property owners. Reporting to our VP of Growth & Marketing, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to direct the journey of an explosive startup and emerging household brand.

Develop and execute market strategies for new B2C and B2B products and features including research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and supporting launches
Create differentiated narratives with messaging that continuously improves with user feedback, testing, and a deep understanding of our target audience
Be a strong customer champion, creative marketer, problem solver, and clear communicator
Create and direct marketing strategies that improve product adoption, engagement, and retention
Support sales in crafting compelling content across various formats including presentations, case studies, website content, and conferences
Collaborate with the Product team to influence product offerings and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation that drive business growth.
Track and analyze the impact of work across teams in partnership with product, growth marketing, sales, and analytics teams
Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of product marketing initiatives

In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing tools, platforms, and processes
