As a Senior Marketing Designer, you will collaborate closely with product marketers, content managers, and our creative team to take projects from initial concept to final delivery. This position offers the chance to significantly enhance the Output brand and contribute to our innovative approach to modern music creation.How you'll add value:Utilize your unique skills in brand, motion, and graphic design to elevate the Output brand.Partner with marketing and product leadership to enhance the Output experience across brand, growth, lifecycle, product, and web.Develop and execute compelling creative for various marketing campaigns including brand content, digital ads, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.Design with a holistic understanding of the user journey, creating content that guides users seamlessly from content to conversion.Produce engaging visual content for go-to-market product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Collaborate with marketing partners to analyze the performance of creative and iterate based on feedback and data insights.Continuously explore and leverage new design tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and creativity.What you'll need to be successful in this role:5+ years of proven experience in fast-paced marketing environments.A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand, marketing, and motion work.Relentless attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Ability to closely collaborate with team members and partners, fostering a team-oriented environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design decisionsWillingness to seek and incorporate constructive input.Self-starter mentality, capable of driving projects from beginning to end independently.Working knowledge of the correct tools to realize your vision. The team currently uses Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, and other key tools.Enduring curiosity and a positive attitude, always seeking to innovate and push creative boundaries.Experience or interest in music production is a plus.Additional
