Collaborates with analysts to understand requirements and enhances analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions.Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products, including developing illustrations, editing existing images, managing fonts, and utilizing advanced pre-publication techniques.Uses government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.Integrates graphics with text, audio, and video to support interactive and multimedia high-visibility finished intelligence products.Produces dynamic content in accordance with published standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments.Provides user experience/user interface expertise for the development of interactive graphics and web products.Minimum Requirements:

Must have a current Top Secret security clearance with a CI Polygraph.At least 12 years of experience in graphic design, with current experience within the last two years.Master's degree in a related area or Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.Proven expertise in using professional graphic and design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Apple Mac hardware, Map Publisher, Microsoft 365, and other specified interactive graphics tools, languages, or enablers.Knowledgeable in applying Intelligence Community and DoD classification standards and procedures.Capable of working independently without supervision.Ability to logically assess and synthesize information from multiple sources.Skilled in producing graphic content that is timely, coherent, and concise.Effective at clearly and concisely communicating complex issues, both verbally and in writing, with excellent grammar skills.Competent in researching, acquiring, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information while adhering to security and data protocols.Skilled in identifying subtle differences and resolving conflicting or inconsistent information.Proficient in complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to assess biases, assumptions, and theories, reducing uncertainty and strengthening analytic arguments.Salary: $115,420.00 - $131,133.00 /Yr.At FedWriters, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
