Senior Designer & Consumer Products PD, Franchise Development We are looking for a dynamic Senior Design & Consumer Products PD Lead to join our Franchise/IP Development team which is responsible for establishing Wondery as a driving force in creating, cultivating, and monetizing podcast brands.

This role is responsible for end to end creative execution. This includes developing and pitching innovative designs, managing IP product development, and overseeing the creation and execution of marketing assets and campaigns. Your goal is to effectively translate Wondery IP into brand-appropriate extensions. As the ideal candidate, you are both creative and commercial savvy, with impeccable taste, a finger on the pulse of pop culture, and the ability to think analytically and creatively. You are an innovator who is always looking ahead, learns from the past, and is dedicated to being at the forefront of fan experience. You will represent the fan perspective throughout the creative process – ensuring that the fans experience beyond the podcast (e.g., podcast merchandise, Consumer Products, Collaborations, Publishing, live events and digital experiences, etc.) truly delight and exceed expectations – and driving the business to new frontiers. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, you'll work with internal teams (e.g., Content, Marketing, Research, Product), podcast creators, and external partners to support and advance Wondery’s IP in the dynamic podcast industry. An entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity are crucial for this role.

With Wondery+, fans get a premium listening experience, including exclusive podcasts, early access to new episodes of hit shows, ad-free listening, merch discounts, live streamed events, and more.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience- Bachelor's degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
