WE ARE BURRELL.Available Positions The Senior Copywriter will create copy for print and digital advertising, to video, social media properties or a combination of all three complimenting the art direction. They'll be an integral part of our creative department, working closely with our creative and strategy teams.The Art Director is responsible for the visual creation of advertising campaigns on one or more accounts. May adapt to change in format, media and/or clients' advertising strategies. Coordinates the design and reproduction of the copy with the art and production staff.The Senior Art Director is responsible for the visual creation of print, TV, digital and collateral material; supervises others and has some client contact. Responsible for developing creative concepts and approaches with the project team, developing original design concepts as well as overseeing project design all the way through execution. Typically presents work to executive level client stakeholders.The Senior Experiential Designer will spearhead the visual and experiential elements of Burrell’s Brand Engagement Marketing practice. This role demands a visionary creative who excels in designing immersive experiences that resonate deeply within the automotive sector and beyond.The Account Executive is the account management resource on print, radio, digital, TV and/or online video creative production work for consumer-based accounts. Develops project estimates, manages production budgets, and assists in reviewing creative executions to ensure accuracy, continuity, and strategic compatibility. Provides effective communication to clients, account team members, agency partners, and vendors.The Account Supervisor will serve as the strategic linchpin, cultivating and strengthening client relationships through expert marketing acumen and judicious resource management. This pivotal role is both a conductor and a visionary, orchestrating daily operations and aligning internal teams with client objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The Senior Social Strategist will lead the social team and guide our client and inter-agency team partners in the development and execution of an integrated earned social media communications strategy including content and influencer engagement.The Sr Project Manager will work closely with the account team on the planning, management and execution of all marketing campaign projects. (S)he will serve as a liaison and contact for identifying and coordinating all resources necessary to complete all marketing activities and programs on time and within budget. (S)he must also be proficient in campaign production and trafficking. To be successful, this individual must have strong leadership, planning and project management skills. It is critical that this individual leads the Agency, client, and agency partners with clarity in the development and execution of all project timelines, deliverables and campaigns. This person will play an integral role in helping to develop and implement processes across departments to drive greater efficiencies while clearly articulating agency-client deliverables.The Business Affairs Manager is responsible for the talent contracts (SAG and Non-Union), vendor and talent estimates, negotiations, contracts and rights and clearance in partnership with agency legal counsel. The Business Affairs Manager will work with Producers and the Director of Business Affairs on overseeing content production, including broadcast, print, and digital projects across clients.The Administrative Assistant serves as the hub of administrative support for agency operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized and flexible. This position will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
