Opusing is a dynamic staffing agency committed to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are currently seeking a results-driven Telemarketer to join our team and play a crucial role in generating leads that drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Opusing’s staffing services.Identify decision-makers within targeted organizations and initiate meaningful conversations.Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs.Schedule meetings and follow-ups for our sales team to further the sales process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments set.Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with staffing industry.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a keen attention to detail.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Why Join Us?
