Job Description:Ensures layout and design of OCM artifacts are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Maintains and strengthens the organization's brand image. Designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. Strong written and verbal communication skills to refine messages, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned to organization's brand. Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time. Experienced using a variety of design and editing tools and software and has knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design and production management. Creates and curates content for various communication channels, such as press releases, articles, blog posts, social media updates, and videos. Coordinates the JTMS social media presence and strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience. Ensures all designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in regulated industries. Shares best practices, insights, and content guidelines with the broader organization to ensure consistent messaging.
