The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Cobrand Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused on driving growth and engagement amongst our largest co-brand partners.**How will you make an impact in this role?**The Sr. Analyst, Delta Co-Brand Marketing will drive card acquisition through some of our largest partner acquisition channels, including Delta digital, site, and mobile. This person will work closely with cross-functional partners and our co-brand partners at Delta to develop and implement a strategic marketing roadmap to drive acquisition growth.This is an opportunity to join an impactful team that delivers significant results for the US Consumer Marketing. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing, a track record of data-driven decision making, and a collaborative spirit!+ Collaborate with internal marketing teams to set the strategic vision for acquiring new accounts and driving conversion in Delta’s digital channels, including defining prospect targeting and offers+ Support end to end marketing initiatives within the channels including Application Optimization, API development support, and merchandising testing and implementation.+ Manage general channel 'run the business' activities, including campaign execution, channel optimization, and tech support and collaboration with key internal and external partners.+ Own performance reporting, analysis, and forecasting+ Lead Marketing Operations Analyst to ensure detailed execution of all campaigns+ Support Delta digital capability roadmap to bring new marketing tech solutions, personalization, and enhanced customer experiences to market**Minimum Qualifications**+ 3 years of marketing experience+ Self-starter with strategic thought leadership skills+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Highly collaborative with strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with senior leaders+ Excellent project manager that can operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive projects from concept to implementation+ Experience with Excel, MS PowerPoint/Word+ Passionate, thoughtful and a sense of humor**Preferred Qualifications**+ Partner management and influencing skills+ Product and API knowledge, a plus**Qualifications**Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
