With locations around the world, Studio126 features content capture studios, state of the art audio playback lounges, luxury green rooms, and more.We are seeking a talent experience person to manage the day-to-day for talent at Studio126. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working with talent, and managing a successful social media presence, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize successfully, while delivering results. This person will also be someone who possesses a proficiency for navigating complex situations with a passion for testing, learning, and making the right decisions in ambiguous situations. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Studio126 Programming Manager to ensure appropriate booking of Studio126 and alignment of all stakeholders and activations.The person in this role will assist with the Studio126 social production team, and communicate with key stakeholders internally, including but not limited to – PR, media, brand, department heads, strategy heads, creative, international leadership, cross-functional marketing teams, Studio126 leadership and the Global Media and Entertainment group, in a spirit of collaboration, building strong relationships and earning trust.Key job responsibilities* Work with all Global Media and Entertainment talent teams and external talent teams to make sure they have what they need while in Studio126* Work with all Global Media and Entertainment talent teams to develop and execute cross functional opportunities for talent while they are in Studio126* Regularly interface with a diverse range of customers, including high-level stakeholders and talent with stringent confidentiality and discretion* Maintain excellent communication and discernment to involve additional team members or leadership when necessary* Coordinate with the Studio126 social production team to capture talent during on-site events* Oversee Studio126’s social presence on social media accounts, including content creation and engagement* Track and meet goals for growing the Studio126 social presence and reachBasic Qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred Qualifications- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
