The ideal candidate will have 2+ yrs experience in a residential sales and marketing environment. Must possess knowledge of the local area, good organizational, communication and computer skills and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:+ Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns and plans.+ Media Coordination with local and national companies.+ Demonstrate a strong understanding and effective utilization of social media, internet marketing and digital media in support of sales and marketing efforts.+ Maintain all collateral materials and work with the Corporate Marketing Team on creating new pieces.+ Work with Home Services (corporate) Marketing team to create signage and ensure signs are placed in effective locations and compliant with city codes.+ Create, order and maintain local materials and signage in and near communities and model homes.+ Market Research.+ Realtor promotions.+ Support Sales Team Members.+ Plan and monitor the yearly marketing budget on a monthly basis with management.+ Community Involvement in our CARE program and individual community functions.+ Special Events planning and coordination.+ Planned encounters with sales team and managers.+ Handle inquiries from outside local and national companies.+ Coordinate Award Entries and Contests.+ Special Projects including annual events, division meetings and team building events.+ Pre-opening planning and activity management for lead generation and marketing efforts.+ Work with local companies on relocation programs.The successful candidate will possess:+ A college degree coupled with excellent grammar and compositions skills.+ Two plus years of previous marketing experience in a residential sales and marketing environment.+ The ability to translate brand and message effectively to multiple media vendors.+ Ability to develop and implement an annual Marketing Plan and Budget.+ Strong social media, internet marketing and digital media understanding and proficiency.+ Fluency in the following computer programs: Adobe Illustrator, PageMaker, PhotoShop and Microsoft Office.+ An eye for graphic design and detail, coupled with demonstrated experience in coordinating media buys with newspapers, billboard and direct mail.+ The ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, suppliers and event planners.+ Must be enthusiastic, flexible and comfortable working with all levels of management and the sales team.+ Superior organizational, multi-tasking, listening and communication skills.+ Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel throughout the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area.Pay range: $45,000-75,000 based upon experience and skillls.David Weekley Homes is the largest private home builder in the US, operating since 1976, in 19 cities.
