This high-profile role requires a candidate with a positive attitude who can stay calm under pressure while handling multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, adaptable, and skilled at managing various tasks at once. A passion for the creative process, an interest in reading scripts, and a curiosity and eagerness to learn are important. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential. This fast-paced role requires someone with sound judgment and a solid understanding of the entertainment industry, ready to dive in and make an immediate impact.What You’ll Do:+ Maintain and manage the Executive’s complex calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events both internally and externally across multiple time zones+ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, including high profile Directors, Artists, Agents and Producers+ Represent the Executive’s office with professionalism and kindness, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner+ Assist with the organization and tracking of creative projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed+ Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, securing accommodations, arranging ground transportation, and managing itineraries, for both domestic and international trips+ Prepare for and attend meetings to take detailed notes, share them with relevant parties, and manage any action items that arise from those meetings+ Provide additional creative support, including notes and script coverage, for the Executive’s projectsWhat You’ll Need:+ At least 4 years as an Administrative Assistant, preferably at a Studio supporting a Creative Executive or at an Entertainment Agency+ Extensive knowledge of the Entertainment industry and Animation landscape a must have+ Mastery of calendar management, rolling calls, and providing detailed context for all parties+ Ability to anticipate and prioritize needs, proactively resolving any scheduling conflicts+ Strong understanding of story structure with an ability to break down scripts and summarize pitch materials would be beneficial+ Understanding of the animation pipeline, as well as interest in the Live Action space+ Google Suite proficiencyLocation:This role is based out of the Burbank office.At Feature Animation at Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your compensation. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix Animation is typically $70,900 - $151,900 annually.
