Marketing Manager who will be charged with driving, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the company's overall goals. The Marketing Manager will ensure the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole. The Marketing Manager will create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and program effectiveness.This Marketing Manager must be highly organized, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be able to see multi-step tasks and assignments through to completion on a consistent and frequent basis.

The ideal candidate for this role has a positive can-do attitude, is thorough, adaptable, and motivated to actively support and enable an environment where all team members and our customers can be successful.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a highly stable and growing leading-edge dental laser technology company while accelerating your career aspirations.Responsibilities:+ Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to expand the company’s reach and potential customer pipeline.+ Lead, nurture, and grow a team of Marketers and Event specialists.+ Review the progress and success of campaigns, adjusting our pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.+ Oversee the team responsible for the planning and execution of marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.+ Oversee the team responsible for the company’s online presence, social media channels, and sales support activities+ Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in B2B campaign and

lead management.+ Ensure strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines by the marketing department.+ Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.+ Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.+ Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.+ Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.+ Help marketing team leads set, allocate, and monitor the goals and budget of each project.+ Manage the relationship between marketing and sales to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver and work the highest quality leads.+ Stay up to date with industry trends and marketing activities.+ Develop and manage relationships with vendors.​Qualifications & Skills:+ Five or more years’ experience in marketing, including strong analytical skills, creating and optimizing systems and processes for improved business outcomes building and motivating effective teams.+ Experience with new product launches.+ Must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-output Marketing department.+ The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, events and social media.+ Experience creating and optimizing systems and processes for improved business outcomes.+ Strong analytical skills (including

mastery of Microsoft Excel , Salesforce) and experience with reporting and data analysis.+ Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.+ Great attention to detail.+ Excellent ability to build positive relationships and facilitate productive interactions with internal and external customers in various geographic locations across the United States and among diverse groups.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.Education:+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing operations , business, or a related field .Additional Requirements:+ Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required, including travel to occasional tradeshows and marketing events.+ Must be willing to travel between CA and TX offices regularly to oversee team members in both offices.+ Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, ability to lift and carry over
