Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.**The Role**Accountable to oversee transitioning new and changed services into supported environments, including release planning, building, testing, evaluation and deployment. Transition of all services into production (Operate, Optimize, etc), and ensure both customer and Lumen have what is needed for success. Ensures that activities related to this tower are accomplished in accordance with defined policy and procedure, both from customer and Lumen. ​​**The Main Responsibilities**+ Coordinates with Service Design leader to ensure all design intent is accounted for and business value realized​+ Primary interface for service operation team to intake the new service​+ Transfer of services, control risk and possibility of failures. ​+ Responsible to provide overall planning for service transition and coordinate the resource that they require.​+ Plan and coordinate resource and activities required to delivery the service to operation​.+ Ensure adoption framework is created, understood and transitioned to operations.+ Identify, manage and control risks related to the service design and operation requirements​.+ Responsible to implement the service transition plan to operation. All required testing, documentation and training have been provided.**What We Look For in a Candidate**+ Proven track record of leading commercial pre-sales and/or consulting pre-sales teams driving business relevance conversation with end customer to develop early sales pipeline.+ Communication: Excellent presentation, speaking and writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate a compelling vision and complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences, including the C-Suite. Collaborative team builder with experience working across multiple business units to achieve results.+ Interpersonal Skills: Able to form strong working relationships that bridge technical and business functions and obtain buy-in across complex organizations. Demonstrated ability to quickly establish trust with customers and engage with a shared vision for transformation and success.+ Organizational Agility: The ability to overcome business and technical hurdles, demonstrating the business benefits and operational path required to achieve change. Able to maintain focus on objectives while also managing through ambiguous and dynamic business environments. Comfortable working in both a direct and matrixed operating structure.+ Technical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of Cloud, Enterprise Architecture and Design. Experience in and leading Architects responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructures, enterprise architectures, data and application frameworks, IT operations, and industry compliance standards.+ Approach: Highly proactive, consultative, creative and positive with a can-do attitude even in the most difficult circumstances. Strong continuous improvement mindset and passion to identify or develop strategies to maximize operational efficiency and return on investment.+ Work experience: Minimum 8 years of success in the Enterprise sector coordinating resources across multiple organizations in the business relevance and value realization technology arena including work in a sales, finance and information technology environments.+ Education: B.S. or equivalent work experience in the private sector or military. MBA or related graduate degree is a plus.+ Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is req.**Compensation**The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
