The full Pay Range is $111,000.00 - $206,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.**BENEFITS**Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You will craft and implement dynamic communication strategies that ensure every employee understands and aligns with BECU’s Purpose, values, and key strategies. By providing expert communication counsel to leaders at all levels, including the Executive Management Team, you'll help foster a unified and engaged workforce. Your leadership will not only guide your team’s growth but will also ensure that BECU's internal communication channels are impactful, fostering a deeper connection between our employees and the organization’s mission.**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**+ **Lead and Develop Your Team:** Coach, mentor, and train your direct reports to enhance their performance and support their career development. Regularly conduct evaluations and provide constructive feedback.+ **Strategize for Engagement:** Develop and implement strategic plans for the Internal Communications team to boost employee engagement and comprehension of BECU’s Purpose, values, culture, and strategies.+ **Partner with Leaders:** Build strong relationships with credit union leaders, including the Executive Management Team, offering strategic communication recommendations that align with BECU’s goals.+ **Manage Communication Plans:** Oversee the Internal Communications editorial plan and schedule, ensuring timely and strategic communication of key initiatives, projects, and programs to all BECU employees.+ **Coordinate with External Communications:** Work in tandem with the External Communications team to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging where appropriate.+ **Measure and Optimize:** Lead the assessment and analysis of internal communications channels and programs, optimizing strategies to enhance effectiveness and reach.+ **Enhance Communication Channels:** Continuously manage and improve internal communications methods, ensuring they effectively support BECU’s strategic objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.+ **Oversee External Resources:** Manage third-party agencies and freelance talent, while also supporting the management of the annual budget.+ **Additional Contributions:** Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Internal Communications team and BECU.This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list.
