As a trusted advisor and counselor to leadership, this role demands a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to IT activities. This role will oversee a mid-sized team, managing a diverse portfolio of solutions and services tailored to enhance our corporate communications. The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, also open to applicants in Wayzata, MN.**Key Accountabilities**+ Review and provide input to prioritize the list of information technology projects for a medium portfolio of projects.+ Provide tactical leadership and input to govern and monitor integration across processes, technology and data for all solutions.+ Provide tactical leadership and input to develop the global information technology strategy for a limited subset of the organization.+ Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
