If you are passionate about beauty, technology and sustainability; motivated by data, disruptive, creative and a great team player, I will be thrill to talk to you about this opportunity.A Day in the LifeThe Merchandising and Marketing Manager for eCommerce will drive merchandising and marketing strategy & execution for a business segment on SalonCentric.com and the SalonCentric App. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the site/app specific to their respective segment within SalonCentric digital priorities and KPIs. Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role in ensuring the vision of all key stakeholders is achieved, while also driving the best possible customer experience. This position directly influences digital/omni-digital revenue & profitability through campaign planning & eCommerce customer journey. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an omni-channel mindsetResponsibilities+ Manages internal relationships for the eCommerce channel, representing Merchandising with the Creative, Digital, and Channel Marketing Teams for assortment and promotion specifics.+ Responsible for product and content strategy across identified segment of business+ Manages requests, deliverables, and execution for all SalonCentric branded digital assets monthly across SalonCentric.com & App+ Collaborates closely with brands across business segment to ensure launches, big bets and key promotions are fully optimized+ Works with Merchandising OPS (Operations) and analytics team to evaluate site performance metrics and provides data driven recommendations for changes needed+ Directly influences eCommerce/omni-channel sales through the development of marketing assets (banners, landing pages, curated stores, brand pages, brand directory, etc.) and oversees the publishing of content+ Attends regular meetings with Leadership to accurately bring assortment to life on the Site/App through everyday content and integration with SalonCentric campaigns, events & initiativesRequirements+ Ideal candidate mindset: Passionate, collaborative, confident, outspoken, analytical & Digitally-savvy+ Hands on Merchandising and Marketing experience is required+ Ideal candidate behaviors: Leadership & development, detail oriented, effective time management, clear communication & presentation skills, decisive even at times of ambiguity+ Strategic thinker that can navigate multiple platforms and priorities while always putting the customer experience first+ Excellent written and verbal skills – must be able to effectively hold external stakeholders accountable to deadlines while maintaining positive relationships+ Experience in SalesForce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is a plus+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferredWhat We OfferSalary Range: The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)Hybrid Work Policy (Up to 2 Days per week work from home for eligible roles, subject to manager approval.)Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L’Oréal’s Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance)Learning & Development Opportunities (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!Employee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads)Access to Mental Health & Wellness ProgramsWe Are Committed and EngagedDon’t meet every single requirement?
