**Your Impact**Partners cross-functionally to understand specific promotional plans and strategies across products, services, credit and enterprise promotional offers within assigned area of focus. Supports the integration of promotional offers both as part of overall marketing planning and development of strategic enterprise calendar as well as tactically across marketing campaigns and media channels (owned and paid) in close collaboration with Pricing & Promotions, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations and others.**What you will do**+ Responsible for driving the execution of promotions across marketing channels from amongst planned promotions within assigned area of responsibility. This includes documentation, communication with key stakeholders and follow-up when updates and changes occur+ Collaborates across all key stakeholder groups including those internal and external to marketing organization for assigned area of focus. This includes leading and participating in cross-functional teams supporting events that over-index to promotions, and supporting manager’s efforts to identify process opportunities and leverage new technologies+ Proactively engages with Brand Marketers to understand go-to-market intent across strategic marketing pillars and campaigns as well as merchandising divisions. This includes a general understanding of competitive landscape and potential impact to the business.+ Supports tab process through identification of relevant planned promotions according to page strategies. Works closely with Promo Integration Manager and Tab Manager to help manage and monitor critical timelines across both print and digital.+ Proactively anticipates potential problems and instigates mitigation solutions and actively problem solves through root cause analysis across process, people and technology.+ Supports processes to communicate marketed promotion details to key stakeholders+ Supports Promotional Marketing Manager to manage cross functional relationships and drive alignment on planning and execution timelines and processes**Required Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or relevant field and 3-5 Years Experience analyzing complex issues to assist leadership develop of insights that drive strategy+ 1-2 Years Merchandising, Marketing, Category Management, Omni-Channel Retailing or related field(s); Or 1+ year direct experience managing Lowe’s promotions+ 1-2 Years Experience influencing cross-functionally without formal authority+ 1-2 Years Experience managing projects+ 1-2 Years Experience in a large retail environment, consumer package goods company, or advertising agency that serves Fortune 250 companies**About Lowe’s**Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
