May be expected to give presentations and/or training. Collaborate with other members of the Imaging Marketing team on projects as they arise.+ Implements care strategies and programs for the assigned target group(s); works with staff within and outside the department.+ Coordinates care with all internal partners.+ Collaborates with management to develop marketing strategies; recommends marketing strategies and options.+ Organizes and coordinates White Glove service, acting as a liaison between patients, patient families and the care team. Coordinates patient care with Imaging Marketing Associates when back-up is needed.+ Meets and facilitates identified patients, ensuring continuation of care during their Imaging appointment. In addition to Taper, coverage and oversight includes our Imaging satellites at Pavilion, MGB, MOT, and Breast Center.+ Serves as a liaison to various departments and/or groups.+ Investigates and facilitates resolution of related issues or problems.+ Tracks and monitors the success of the White Glove Service using Tableau and Salesforce.+ Implements strategies for the advancement and expansion of the outpatient Imaging services for specific target groups including physicians, offices, and other departments within Cedars-Sinai. From inception to completion, responsible for specialty imaging referrals generated. Uses Tableau referral database to find opportunities and develop strategies for retention and growth. Monitors productivity through Salesforce.+ Assists in the development of communications for patients and physician office personnel which emphasizes the user friendliness of CS Imaging Department, ways to simplify access to services and what patients can expect when seen for Imaging procedures. Investigates complaints or dissatisfaction and facilitates resolution. Assists in the training of new marketing personnel.+ Routinely monitor the success of marketing strategies and analyze data to ensure patients and physician offices are content and provided with the standards of care of the Cedars-Sinai Imaging Department.+ Assist in the development of communications for patients and physician offices.+ Establishes strong relationships with all internal partners, including imaging physicians, nursing, scheduling and other imaging staff as well as imaging registration, the security department and central authorization, to enhance communication, develop good working relationships, and ensure efficient workflows which support an effective and satisfying patient experience.+ Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, as hours may vary.
