If you receive correspondence from an entity other than @Olympus.com, it is likely not legitimate._**Job Description**This is a fantastic opportunity to join the User Research team at Olympus and become a key player in supporting the design and product strategy of the new Digital Health Unit! The Senior User Researcher in Operations is responsible for the day-to-day logistics supporting the planning and execution of user research activities. In this role, you will be coordinating operations for a broad range of research efforts in collaboration with UXRs, designers, product managers, engineers, and other partners. You will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end research process, extensive experience with project management of mixed methods studies, be able to relay information clearly to key stakeholders, and effectively manage research-related operational tasks. You will enable the research team to do their best work, through the orchestration & optimization of people, processes, tools, and craft.**Job Duties**+ Coordinate research operations related to project planning, creating roadmaps, engaging with research partners, recruiting, scheduling, communicating project status updates, and developing risk mitigation strategies for potential scenarios that can jeopardize data quality and study timelines.+ Manage research activities related to high quality data collection, analysis, documentation, deliverables, dissemination, and archiving of research materials.
