At Link Solutions, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth.Job Responsibilities:+ Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.+ Oversee an experienced team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure.+ Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.+ Plan and implement projects without impacting daily operations.+ Oversee a variety of tasks and activities related to technical support, cybersecurity, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.+ Conduct quality assurance reviews and evaluate new and existing tools and technologies.+ Provide planning, quality assurance, and control support (QA/QC).+ Ensure assigned tickets are addressed with our government client.+ Serve as the point of contact (POC) for the RNEC to coordinate and schedule exercise support.+ Lead a team of technicians to install, operate, and maintain copper, fiber, and coaxial infrastructure.+ Design and document new or updated inside and outside plant cable infrastructure, including conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, and fiber optics.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.+ US Citizen+ Must possess a DoD Secret Clearance+ Seven (7+) years experience in telecommunications infrastructure, facility design, and installation.+ Three (3+) years in a supervisory or lead position.+ Knowledge and experience of BICSI rules, regulations, and standards.+ Experience developing layout and design for technology systems including voice, data, and structured cabling.+ Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industry standards and practices.+ Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, EIA, TIA, industry standards, and other applicable codes related to the design and layout of IT, and telecommunications systems.+ Knowledge of I3A standards, as well as infrastructure planning.+ Experience with MS Office Suite.Preferred:+ BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.+ Project Management experience (PMP/PMI CE)+ BICSI
