Medical Device Proposal / RFP Writer_

**Job Description:**+ Marketing & Communications team is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team.+ In this role, you will be responsible for creating high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.+ You will collaborate with Cross Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the delivery of compelling and accurate proposals that align with client needs.**Responsibilities:**+ Oversee the entire proposal development process, from initial concept to final submission.+ Work closely with Cross Functional Leads and SMEs to collect necessary information, such as project details, client requirements, and technical specifications.+ Effectively manage against deadlines by owning overall progress and completion of the RFP, clearly communicating deadlines to key stakeholders, and escalating any barriers which put timely RFP completion at-risk.**Experience:**+ Healthcare industry RFP experience, preferably with medical devices+ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive proposals.+ Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documents.+ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Cross Functional Leads and SMEs+ Strong research skills to gather relevant information and insights from various sources.+ Ability to adapt and respond to feedback, continuously improving proposal content.+ Familiarity with marketing and advertising industry trends, practices, and terminology.+ Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and proposal management software.**Skills:**+ Oversee the entire proposal development process, from initial concept to final submission.+ Tailor proposals to meet specific client requirements and highlight client’s capabilities and unique selling points.+ Draft, edit, and format proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.+ Maintain an organized repository of all proposals, RFPs and RFIs, including templates, past proposals, and supporting documents.+ Ensure all documents are up-to-date, properly versioned, and easily accessible for future reference.+ Work closely with Cross Functional Leads and SMEs to collect necessary information, such as project details, client requirements, and technical specifications.+ Effectively manage against deadlines by owning overall progress and completion of the RFP, clearly communicating deadlines to key stakeholders, and escalating any barriers which put timely RFP completion at-risk.**Education:**+ Bachelor's degree or related work experience.**About US Tech Solutions:**US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
