This position will interact with guests/workers/students as they enter and exit through the lobby, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. This role is pivotal in helping to maintain smooth studio operations and providing administrative support to our talented team.*This job will have consistent set scheduled hours. No late night or weekends.Responsibilities+ Direct and assist Studio 48 occupants as needed.+ Receive anticipated deliveries.+ Ensure main points of entry are secured and locked upon departure.+ Alert fulltime staff to pressing/ urgent concerns regarding the studio space.+ Assist in the flow of communication between production teams/ staff.Qualifications+ Excellent communication skills.+ Problem solving skills.+ Detail oriented.+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.+ Ability to self-motivate through slower work sessions.+ Ability to work both independently and in groups.+ Good judgment and professionalism when working with clients.Education:Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy.?Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:+ Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.+ Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.+ Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.Employees who fall below the minimum requirements may be subject to termination.Physical Requirements+ Sitting: Up to 8 hours a day+ Ability to lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.Pay Rate: Minimum WageExpected End Date: June 30, 2025Application InstructionsPlease click on the link below to apply for this position.
