About The Position:The Digital Marketing Specialist at Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) is responsible for implementing and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance member engagement and drive credit union growth. This role involves leveraging marketing automation, optimizing SEO and SEM efforts, updating website content, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong design and writing skills and enjoy driving impact with a fast-paced action-oriented team.What You'll Be DoingExecutes and manages digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot automation tools, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with marketing strategies.Optimizes SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the GNCU website, utilizing best practices and industry standards.Updates and maintains website content using WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with current marketing initiatives.Develops compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing, adhering to GNCU's brand guidelines.Utilizes Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles either at an agency or an internal marketing department.A current or recent Google Analytics 4 certification.Working knowledge and experience utilizing marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.Competency in managing websites through a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of content marketing principles, including the need to organize information and calls to action based on stage of the buyers journey.Possess basic design skills with experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).Creative writing and communication skills with the ability to create persuasive content.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and reccomend data-driven decisions.An intermediate-level understanding of HTML if additional styling or other fixes are needed.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of financial products and services is not required but is considered a plus.A commitment to self-education and staying current on industry trends and advancements.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
