The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a vision that spans the entire shopper journey, from strategy to in-store execution, and will work closely with sales, marketing, and commercial strategy teams. This role requires a leader who can build and grow a best-in-class Shopper & Retailer Marketing Team, with a focus on strategic partnerships, in-store displays, and the look of success on the shelf. The VP will also be expected to own the commercial strategy and budgets for shopper and retailer marketing, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the OLIPOP brand in the market. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a background in shopper and retailer marketing. Beverage experience is a plus. The role demands a leader with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position, who is deeply passionate about the brand and capable of driving strategy with hands-on experience across various platforms and vendors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and will have an obsession for understanding sales trends. A thorough understanding of the full retailer landscape, advanced proficiency in retailer media platforms, and the ability to translate data into strategic guidance are essential.
