Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Marketing Automation Program Lead is responsible for helping build and grow the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The Lead will partner with business stakeholders, marketing strategists, Salesforce CoE, and digital measurement teams to brainstorm, gather requirements, design, develop and implement best-in-class targeted campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As part of our fast-paced, growing marketing organization our ideal candidate will be energetic, a self-starter, and possess a detailed focus that will support the marketing organization. What will you do? Campaign Strategy (50%) Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and collaboration point across the organization on campaign requests ensuring each campaign utilizes industry best practices, is measurable, and has relevant KPIs. Develop and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap, aligning it with overall business objectives and marketing strategies. Prioritize and maintain initiatives on the roadmap, ensuring resource allocation and overall program objectives are met. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Make informed decisions on project deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion. Oversee project execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project implementation. Translating ideas into actionable deliverables that contribute to adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud system and continued platform growth. Lead Automation program by making decision to support the strategic direction of the organization. Technical (30%) Build, test and deploy email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing. Partner with agency partner and Technical Specialists on requirements, development, and QA for projects where applicable. Develop and edit email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, email testing, list segmentation and all other areas of email execution. Optimization & Reporting (20%) Use data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement feedback loops and performance metrics to drive ongoing optimization and innovation in marketing initiatives. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor's degree 5+ years experiences with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies and programs. Proven dedication to and focus on client service and satisfaction. Exceptional project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct, motivate and persuade. Self-starter who can make decisions independently. Detailed oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks under very tight deadlines. What's in it for you?
