Would you enjoy designing custom homes? Are you interested in predominantly working on both single-family custom homes and the occasional multifamily project?We are hiring a Residential Designer/Drafter! You will design and draft new construction homes tract homes and high-end custom residential projects. This is your opportunity to join a 20-year-old residential design firm that is the recipient of many design awards from Parade of Homes, NAHB, Home & Garden, Reggie Award, and many others. The Residential Designer will be an integral team member involved with design and production of homes.
What You Will Do:
Showcase your design talents by creating unique designs of your ownAdvance existing custom home designs from Senior Designers/ArchitectsReceive mentoring to enhance your residential skillsetGain exposure to project management by running smaller projects of your ownCreate drawings for all project phases including construction documentsLearn custom home design and construction from a market leader
What This Position Offers You:
Salary: $78,500 - $115,000A fulltime position with flexible hoursWork with custom home designs where every home is differentMentoring provided from awarded and very experienced licensed architects and residential home designersLearn all aspects of residential design and construction through personal training and mentoring
