We have distribution facilities in France, Canada, and Arizona.

This role is based in our Atlanta office (2935 Northeast Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30360).

In this role, you’ll be integral in supporting our marketing communications across various media platforms, ensuring our messages resonate with all targeted audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be hands-on in creating impactful advertising, digital content, promotions, and other marketing materials that reflect our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Inclusive Marketing Programs:

Enhance awareness and demand for Hayward Commercial products in the USA, embracing and addressing diverse customer needs and perspectives.

Manage Research Projects:

Gather insights from a broad spectrum of customers and end-users to gain a competitive edge and inform our strategies.

Evaluate Market Trends:

Analyze market data and competitor activities to make inclusive, informed decisions that align with our mission of transforming the experience of water.

Coordinate Product Launches:

Partner with development teams to ensure new product introductions meet diverse market needs.

Analyze Marketing Effectiveness:

Measure and report on marketing activities to continuously improve and adapt strategies, ensuring they are equitable and effective.

Campaign Development:

Integrated Campaigns:

Develop print ads, online ads, website content, product literature, and more that resonate with and reflect the diversity of our audience.

Digital Assets:

Create digital BIM/CAD assets and manage promotions that align with our commitment to equity and inclusion.

Social Media & PR:

Oversee social media, public relations, and manage trade shows and events that engage a wide range of communities and foster an inclusive environment.

Budget Management:

Manage the annual budget for specified categories, ensuring that marketing investments support our vision of safe, smart, and sustainable solutions for all.

Qualifications

Experience:

2-3 years managing marketing programs with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Experience in diverse global markets or consumer durable goods is a plus.

Skills:

A commercially savvy, dynamic, and analytical team player with strong management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Travel:

10-20% domestic travel required.
