As our Director, Digital Marketing, you will lead the development and optimization of our digital strategy to drive business growth across all channels, including paid search, organic search, affiliate marketing, paid social, performance influencer, and display. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer-centric initiatives that enhance acquisition, conversion, and retention. Your role will involve optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS, exploring innovative marketing approaches, managing agency partnerships, and supporting retail-focused digital strategies.

What You'll Do:Lead strategy and manage all digital marketing channels supporting ecommerce business and in-store initiatives ensuring campaigns are driving qualified traffic at an optimized ROAS. Channel responsibility includes: paid search, shopping, organic search, affiliate marketing, paid social, and display.Manage development of marketing channel plans and goals to meet performance targets and ensure alignment with fiscal budgets and forecasts.Manage and optimize channels to hit sales targets effectively and efficiently; optimize and structure existing channels with the latest best practices and continuously test new acquisition strategies and tacticsDevelop strategies and implementation plans for new program initiatives with a focus on a more personalized one-to-one customer relationship and specific customer journeys across multi touchpoints to lead customer-focused marketing initiatives designed to drive improved conversion and retentionMastery of leading ad industry tools & technologies and ability to partner internally to drive expert outcomes - required constant exploration of innovative approaches and opportunitiesTest and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting/segmentation to ensure campaign optimizationAnalyze results of all campaigns, using learnings to optimize campaign performance and set future test plans, create and refine actionable audience targets and promotions. Synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to leadership.Identify new sources of customer acquisition and profit via new partners new strategies and emerging channels.Manage external agency partners, conduct agency reviews and select agency partners as neededSupport retail & outlet marketing teams with specific drive to store digital strategies and tacticsPartner closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, etc.) to develop industry leading campaigns that lean into full funnel marketing strategies tied to clear measurement KPIs. Ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of campaigns across paid channels in alignment with site and retention marketing teams.Partner closely with the Brand Team to develop performance influencer campaigns that drive brand/product engagement, traffic, and sales.Lead and mentor team to consistently driving learning, growth, and innovative thinking.You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree required8+ years of digital marketing experience for a brand with a heavy focus on paid search/paid social social/affiliate - strong performance (ROAS-focused) marketing experience requiredRetail industry experience requiredProven ability to manage large multi-million-dollar budgetsStrong analytical skills, comfortable using data to drive decision-makingSolid knowledge of the complete digital marketing landscape and a history of success managing digital marketing programs that drive business resultsProven ability to effectively manage agency partnersHands-on experience working with: Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliate marketing platforms and other relevant marketing systemsWe'd Like to See:

Compensation Range:$117,000.00-$170,000.00
