Objective and Purpose:

The Regional Marketing Directors role is to effectively create, manage, and coordinate marketing plans to support and enhance the revenue objectives of assigned partner practices. This includes developing annual marketing plans, managing budgets with a focus on ROI, and monitoring key performance indicators to optimize growth strategies. The role also involves implementing referral outreach plans, maintaining comprehensive market strategies, and developing digital marketing strategies. Additionally, the role requires consistent communication and collaboration with doctors, practice leaders, and the S1P Partner Practice Marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and executed efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities :

Follow Partner Practice Marketing Standard Operating Procedures in creating, managing, and coordinating the execution of plans to support the revenue objectives of the assigned partner practices.Develop annual marketing plans with activities outlined for each month and ensure budgets are followed to ensure successful practice growth.Manage and monitor expenses associated with practice marketing plans with a clear focus on ROI, working with S1P Marketing, Operations, and Finance for accurate and timely submission to finance.Monitor and report performance around key performance indicators monthly, addressing changes to optimize tactics for growth.Implement referral outreach plans according to marketing plans, categorizing referring practices A-D based on referral numbers, and submit A-D practice analysis quarterly.Conduct monthly Partner Practice Marketing meetings with Partners and other stakeholders as well as provide weekly email updates on Fridays to doctor(s), practice leader, S1P Partner Practice Marketing team, and Operator. Hold weekly touch base with the practice leader and/or Operator.Maintain market strategies for the partner practices that include all earned and owned media and paid media opportunities.Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and plans that utilize social media outlets, including co-management of practice websites.Requirements :

Advanced system skills with the ability to access data with various applications (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and supervisory experience.Ability to travel domestically.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a constantly changing environment.Marketing and account management skills.Experience managing a budget and P&L.Experience with complex business processes within a corporate organization.Strategically minded with strong tactical and organizational execution.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.10+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare, referral-based marketing, and/or sales.Benefits

Position Base Pay Range

$70,000-$90,000 USD

Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
