Signature Dental Partners (SDP) is an established and respected private-equity backed dental support organization (DSO) providing affiliated dentists in the Southwest, Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions with proven non-clinical business support functions. This non-clinical support allows dentists to spend more time and attention on patient care rather than burdensome administrative functions. Affiliated dentists benefit from professionally managed non-clinical support services such as human resources, payor relations, group purchasing, vendor management, capital investments, staff management, recruiting, finance, marketing, and information systems.

Scope and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Director who will support and working with SDPs portfolio companies to execute on marketing strategy, marketing tactics in support of rapid growth, and implement marketing best practices and processes. This role will serve as an integral part of SDP and its affiliates.

The Marketing Director should be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and have knowledge and proven experience in executing marketing strategies both paid and earned. An experienced candidate should be an excellent communicator and demonstrate outstanding project management and organizational skills. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Specific responsibilities include

(but not limited to):Develop and execute strategy to support growth and provide recommendations on best practices related to marketing strategy and planning.Manage strategy for business to consumer marketing campaigns including target audiences of all SDP affiliates.Liaison with Digital Marketing Agency to implement and fulfill all paid and social media advertisements and strategies.Drive new volume growth and retention in affiliated locations.Build and analyze multi-site location level performance reporting for all marketing activities.Proven ability to understand, evaluate and translate data and insights into actionable and innovative strategies to deliver on business goals.Acts as Marketing strategy consultant across the affiliates for project/initiative discovery, scope, and metrics.Hires and direct outside vendors as needed to provide strategic counsel and creative execution.Strategize digital (SEM and SEO) and content creation strategy as appropriate for portfolio company B2C initiatives.Build awareness of the services provided at SDP affiliates and responsible for activities designated to increase patient referrals.Collaborate with operations to identify and implement local marketing activities.Track and generate monthly KPIs and marketing reportingOversee all marketing elements for new affiliations, new clinic openings, as well as new providers.Execute on B2B marketing initiatives to support lead gen for portfolio companies.Plan and manage communication and online strategy as needed for company.Understand and apply industry and competitor knowledge to enhance strategy.Selection Criteria:

The ideal candidate will have:

7+ years of marketing experience.Demonstrated success in multi-site marketing.Able to represent SDP and its affiliates well.Marketing for Business Service industry or Consumer service industry background preferred.Microsoft Excel and Data analytic experience preferred.HubSpot or Salesforce experienceA track record for building deep, meaningful relationships.Problem-solver and creative mindset.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to work both collaboratively on a team, and independently.High degree of integrity and strong moral compass.Undergraduate degree in business, communications or marketing.
