POSITION SUMMARY

We seek an Art Director who is an avid gamer who designs/concepts big ideas for integrated campaigns - preferably surrounding social media content and other integrated campaigns. This role may be excellent for those who love the challenge of selling your ideas and work.

This role dives into client's businesses, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing solutions. The perfect candidate enjoys video games, social marketing campaigns, and beautiful leading-edge creativity and thrives in partnering with creative teams to make cool stuff. It's for someone fluent in the modern marketing landscape (mainly social media), the internet culture, and the gaming audience's pulse. We seek a self-starter who doesn't need to be told how to take on tasks and doesn't see obstacles but opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Concept and direct art assets for campaign-level social and digital branding and messaging and moreCollaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan campaignWork fluidly across channels and platformsAssist teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative directionImplement feedback received from internal and client teamsWHAT YOU WILL NEED

A LOVE for all things gaming - first-person shooter game experience helpfulAward-winning or award-worthy integrated portfolio that shows craft and attention to detail4+ years of art direction experience requiredMust have experience working for an integrated marketing agency - history creating assets for digital and social campaigns helpfulProven experience developing campaign-level ideationAble to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented, and friendlyMust be even-tempered and able to interact and adapt well under pressure with various teams on numerous projects with tight deadlines

COMPENSATION:

Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly). Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.

Daily rate pay range for this position is below. If your requirements fall outside of the below pay range, we still encourage you to apply.
