Sr Art Director, Photo, Wellness Brand

Our client, a wellness brand, is looking for a Strong Sr Art Director with photo and video experience for Branded Campaigns.Candidates must be local to SoCalHybrid near LAXTemp to perm rolePay: $55-60/hr(w2) , This is a sr. level role and looking for at least 7 years of prior work experience.Responsibilities

:- Translate creative briefs into culturally relevant visual storytelling while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines from concept through delivery.- Lead photo and video production, including pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production. Apply strong photography skills, including lighting and retouching, to meet brand standards.- Refine and streamline creative processes to enhance team efficiency.- Mentor junior creatives, lead teams, work cross-functionally while providing feedback and fostering growth, collaboration and continuous improvement.- Conduct research on industry trends and cultural movements to inspire creative conceptsRequirements:-8 years of experience as a creative in-house and ad agency environments leading 360 campaigns.-Figma Experience required! Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike, also required
