Who We're Looking For -
Reporting to the
Senior Director, Product Experience Design , we are seeking a talented and experienced
Industrial Designer
who will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative grooming products that meet the needs of MANSCAPED® customers. This individual will play a role in the design process from concept to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and market success.

Responsibilities:Responsible for creating and developing design concepts and specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics and appearance of MANSCAPED® productsIdentify and execute on areas of improvement in design lifecycle to ensure design objectives are reflected in final resultsDesign and develop new grooming productsCreate sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectivelyCollaborate with engineering, marketing, and product development teams to refine designs and ensure alignment with product requirements and brand objectivesConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordinglyStay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edgeManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelinesRepresent the design team in cross-functional meetings and presentations, advocating for design excellence and user-centric solutionsOther duties as requiredQualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or related field5+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably in consumer goods or product designProven track record of designing successful consumer products, with a focus on ergonomic design and user experiencePortfolio showcasing a range of design projects and concepts, with an emphasis on product innovation and creativityProficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or RhinoStrong sketching and visualization skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectivelyExperience with rapid prototyping techniques and technologiesKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, particularly in plastic injection moldingStrong attention to detail and a passion for design excellenceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamCompensation Range
