Position: Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, driving growth, and coordinating efforts across multiple channels. The role will focus on increasing brand awareness, sales, and user engagement while ensuring consistency in marketing strategy and execution across both retail and trade sectors. The Marketing Manager will manage internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and creative content.

Responsibilities

Growth Focus

Sales Growth: Drive marketing initiatives that align with overall business goals, contributing to revenue growth through both retail and trade channels.User Growth: Implement strategies to grow the user base in-store, online, and through partnerships with trade organizations.Visitor Growth: Enhance website traffic, increase store visits, and optimize the customer journey for improved engagement and conversion.Awareness: Build and strengthen brand presence through targeted campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, PR, etc.).Engagement: Elevate the company's social media presence through engaging content, live events, influencer collaborations, and community interaction.Content Creation

Robust Marketing Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including annual and quarterly plans, that drive measurable business results.Digital Content: Oversee the creation of articles, email newsletters, social media posts, and digital ads.Catalogs & Brochures: Lead the development of sales collateral, including brochures and product catalogs.Photoshoots: Manage photoshoots, both real and rendered, for products, events, and marketing campaigns.In-Store Materials: Ensure cohesive, high-quality marketing materials are delivered for use in stores, from signage to promotional assets.Channel Reach

Email Campaigns: Drive engagement and conversions through well-targeted email marketing campaigns.Social Media: Lead organic and paid social media efforts, including event takeovers and influencer collaborations.PR & Influencers: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to amplify brand reach.Media Partners: Work with media partners to plan and execute advertising campaigns.Trade Organizations: Strengthen relationships with trade organizations and promote campaigns to the Architecture & Design (A&D) community.Affiliate Programs: Oversee affiliate partnerships that drive traffic and conversions.Budget Management & Vendor Collaboration

Marketing Budget: Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources across all channels and initiatives.Vendor CO-OP Submissions: Coordinate with vendors to submit CO-OP advertising for rebate programs, maximizing opportunities to recoup significant funds from vendor partnerships.Structure & Coordination

Determine, coordinate, and execute all marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in-store channels, aligning them with business goals.Collaborate closely with external agencies for media outreach, influencer coordination, and paid media strategy.Requirements

Organic media outreach and influencer coordination.Paid media coordination and strategy.Creation of all print and media creative, including photoshoot management.Organic and CPC (cost-per-click) social media campaigns.Execution of emails, articles, virtual events, and vendor relationships.A&D-focused marketing across all channels, in-store events, and trade outreach.Good communication skills are a requirement, as are good organizational skills.A college degree in a related field is a plus.Benefits
