We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our newly established Central Georgia Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance the quality of life for our customers and yourself.

Position Summary:

To provide marketing support to the Central Georgia Division to ensure operational success. Serve as co-owner of website content, social media, community presentation, signage and event planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with Director of Sales to develop effective marketing strategies.Manage all marketing activities within the Division.Track, monitor, and evaluate results for specific marketing programs and campaigns.Ensure consistent, branded image for respective communities are created throughout website, signage, and within the community.Coordinate, direct, and implement all Division public relations events and materials to build an effective brand.Complete website updates to community web pages as needed on a timely basis.Manage and maintain all off-site community signage including WEDs and billboards.Work with community teams to produce:

Local events for brokers, customers, and homeownersPromotional specific handouts, advertisements, direct mail, etc.Sales office displays

Assist Director of Sales in defining Sales Center and Model Homes to include ordering displays and Model Home furniture. Review selections based on demographics.Attend and present when needed at weekly Sales Meeting.Assist Director of Sales in conducting market research/competition reports as needed.Assist with broker presentations as needed.Join and actively participate in local sales, marketing and home building organizations to keep abreast of the market.Properly code and process invoices for respective communities.Be available on weekends and after hours as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldExperience:

5 years marketing experienceComputer Skills:

Microsoft Office SuiteEmail marketing and campaign experienceExperience with marketing data analytics and tools (Web analytics, CRM)Familiarity with Adobe SuiteMental/Reasoning Requirements:

Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to problem-solve; evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations.Basic math skillsWork Environment:
