Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a family-owned boutique hotel brand with a carefully curated collection of 29 hotels, resorts, and experiences across North America and recently voted by Travel + Leisure readers among the Top 25 Hotel Brands in the World, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to help lead the marketing efforts for Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa and the Snake River Sporting Club. Working closely with the Area Director of Marketing, the role will be integral in executing strategic marketing campaigns that enhance the brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and support revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in luxury hospitality marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for the Jackson Hole lifestyle.

The Job

Campaign Execution

• Collaborate with the Area Regional Director of Marketing to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals of Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, and the Snake River Sporting Club as well as each property's restaurants and spas.

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand standards and messaging.

Strategic Planning

• Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for the Jackson Hole properties that align with business goals, focusing on brand positioning, guest acquisition, and retention.

• Use data and market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth.

Brand Management

• Ensure all marketing activities are in line with the established brand guidelines and contribute to the overall brand strategy.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of marketing communications to uphold the properties' luxury standards.

Digital Marketing

• Work closely with the digital marketing agency to manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media management.

• Monitor digital performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Area Director of Marketing, recommending adjustments to improve outcomes.

Content Development

• Assist in creating compelling content for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

• Work with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials that reflect the luxury positioning of the properties.

• Assist with the planning and execution of photo and video shoots at the properties.

Public Relations

• Work closely with the public relations agency to arrange media and influencer visits including reservations, activities, site tours, and other arrangements as needed.

Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have best-in-class collateral for group and meeting marketing.

• Conduct site tours with meeting planners to showcase the unique offerings at each property.

• Assit with content audit and updates on third party websites for leisure sales efforts.

Event Marketing & Support

• Support the planning and promotion of special events, partnerships, and on-property activations.

• Coordinate with the sales and events teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively drive event attendance and engagement.

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Assist in identifying and nurturing relationships with key local and national partners that align with the brand's luxury positioning, including Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce.

• Coordinate with partners to develop co-branded marketing initiatives and sponsorships.

Budget Management

• Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Assit with timely requests of purchase orders and submitting invoices.

• Provide input on budget planning and allocation based on campaign performance and business needs.

Guest Relations

• Assist with replying to guest reviews and surveys in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.Serve as a liaison between the Area Director of Marketing and the property teams, providing support and guidance as needed.The Offer

To be successful as our new Marketing Manager you:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5 years of experience in marketing luxury hospitality or a related industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation for luxury hospitality.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.A thorough understanding of luxury hospitality and familiarity with the Jackson Hole area.Specialized knowledge of golf and private club membership is a plus.Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).Reside in or ability to relocate to the Jackson Hole area.
