Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer, Business Solutions is responsible for creating, designing, and customizing presentations to support the Arizona Cardinals' Corporate Partnerships team. This role primarily involves developing ideas into external presentations that effectively tell a story through concise and sharp visuals. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with high-output design in a fast-paced environment, as it will support the Sales and Partnership Marketing teams. The Graphic Designer, Business Solutions reports to the Director, Business Solutions & Special Projects with a dotted line reporting relationship with the Vice President, Content, Creative, & Brand.

Primary Job Duties:

The Graphic Designer, Business Solutions will have daily responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

Apply and maintain the Arizona Cardinals brand standards in all outputs, utilizing logos, internal assets, and collaborative conceptualizations as needed.Create unique and compelling sales mockups and presentations that effectively communicate customized stories to prospects and partners.Design infographics and convert data into actionable and visually engaging graphics.Develop templates for the Sales and Partnership Marketing teams for sales, recaps, and various purposes throughout the year.Design creative materials for external communications to partners, including partner events, road trips, and draft events, etc.Design and develop partner creative for contractual assets with the Arizona Cardinals as needed.Assist with copywriting and the development of verbal storytelling elements.Coordinate with internal and external print vendors to create print-ready files, obtain pricing, and secure project approvals.Manage workflow efficiently, handling multiple projects simultaneously.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor degree or equivalent portfolio or equivalent experienceExperience:

At least three (3) years of experience as a creative professional; experience in sports or entertainment is highly preferred.Must present a design/work portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of skills and creativity including the following:

Presentation design (layout, content hierarchy)Data visualization/infographicsTypographyPhoto editing/compositingBasic video editing

Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); advanced PowerPoint design skills are essential; familiarity with Digideck is a plus.Capable of working within the Arizona Cardinals' brand guidelines and integrating them with the style guides of current and potential partners.Ability to manage time independently and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating dedication to both small and large projects.Strong collaborator and communicator, able to work as part of a team, communicate concepts, brainstorm ideas, and pitch big ideas.Able to take direction effectively.Experienced in large format and environmental design, capable of taking ideas from concept to implementation while working with internal and external departments for feedback and approval.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
