We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

to assist team members with digital outbound communications, marketing automation, and mobile marketing, primarily focusing on Footprint Center concerts and live events.

What You Will Do:

Leverage our email marketing automation platform, Airship, to design, develop and launch email and mobile campaigns.Create beautiful, responsive email and mobile campaigns that effectively communicate the intended message to key audiences.Conduct thorough email and mobile campaign testing from various standpoints including subject lines, design, content, copy, audience, and more.Utilize dynamic content and personalization tactics to customize email campaigns using customer profile fields and attributes.Maintain complex messaging calendars, journey maps and documentation to provide a centralized view and ensure accuracy as plans evolve.Prepare regular performance reports and analysis to share with key stakeholders in report and presentation formats, supporting our goals to drive continuous improvement in our lifecycle marketing program.Manage a database of marketing contacts, assuring each contact is delivered timely, appropriate, and relevant content.Responsible for list health, hygiene, and digital marketing best practices, including unsubscribe and CAN-SPAM compliance and accessibility measures.Develop and maintain lifecycle automations, guiding the consumer through a journey from brand discovery onward through conversion.Continually adjust and optimize journeys to deliver relevant content to unique customer segments.What We Need From Our Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator:

1+ yr. experience using developing and launching emails from an enterprise ESPComfortable executing all parts of the email development process, from concept, to design, development, testing and deploymentFamiliarity with analytics and reporting toolsCommitted to ensuring an exceptional customer experience for internal stakeholders and external customersExcellent organizational, time management and written/oral communication skillsSelf-motivated and intellectually curious, driven by a desire for continuous improvementA team player with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meticulous attention to detailComfortable making decisions, and confidently changing course when neededFocus on solving issues through teamwork and collaborationExperience/ Education Requirements :

High school diploma or GEDBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldWhat You Can Expect:
