Position Summary:The Marketing Manager supports the development of national, integrated, largely digital recruitment marketing campaigns for a select portfolio of master's programs in highly competitive fields. The individual in this position provides detailed project management support to the Director of Digital Recruitment Marketing by developing and optimizing prospective graduate student lead generation campaigns using digital advertising, website landing pages, social media, and email marketing. The Marketing Manager collaborates with internal communications teams to maximize campaigns across all media available. This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing campaign performance data, to ensure the appropriate number of qualified leads are obtained to reach enrollment goals. The individual has experience working with digital tools to support the marketing recruitment cycle, including social media tools and digital advertising platforms. The Marketing Manager works closely with college and agency partners to manage campaign content development, as well as ensure campaigns are on schedule and all required assets are delivered.

Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the Digital Recruitment Marketing function by engaging in a broad range of activities to enhance awareness for a select portfolio of master's programs in highly competitive fields. This includes providing support to the Director of Digital Recruitment Marketing in activities pertaining to the recruitment of graduate students, including the development of print and digital marketing materials and the planning and execution of content, as well as the monitoring and maintenance of digital marketing materials and the planning and execution of content.Manages the development and execution of analytics for integrated recruitment marketing campaigns and assists in maintaining online advertising platforms. Responsible for oversight and management of a comprehensive suite of analytics tools and related reporting to be used throughout the entire online recruitment journey. Reports on digital advertising metrics, return on investment, web analytics, email tracking, and overall success of marketing campaigns. Calculates and identifies trends in key metrics to help inform strategic planning and adjustments on tactical execution.Provides marketing, copywriting, editing, and messaging support to other areas of the digital recruitment marketing team, as assigned by the Director of Digital Recruitment Marketing.Supports and assists other traditional marketing to ensure proper timing/coordination in overall calendar. Coordinates with and collaborates with University Communication and Marketing functional areas as needed.Performs other duties and assists with projects as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.4+ years of relevant professional marketing experience, including writing, research, and project management.Must be a team player with strong writing, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.Must be a flexible, upbeat, energetic self-starter who enjoys collaboration with a wide variety of constituencies.Must have a deep commitment to the well-being of the University, a commitment to the University's Catholic/Augustinian heritage, advancement of its mission and to serving the needs of a diverse community.Strong project manager with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Must be able to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.The individual must have detailed working knowledge of the marketing function, including brand management, advertising and promotion, and digital communications.Must have a proven record of developing, executing and evaluating strategic and tactical marketing and communications plans.Must be a strong marketing copywriter, for deliverables such as web, social media and digital ads.Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.Must be competent at performing online research and possess a working knowledge of databases.Must be proficient in all standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.Must be capable of operating standard office equipment.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or English/journalism is preferred.Experience within a higher education or sophisticated non-profit environment is preferred.Experience with the Slate platform or a comparable CRM tool. Preferred knowledge includes developing and managing CRM reports.Experience coordinating and executing photo and video content development. This experience includes collaborating with campus partners and outside agencies to manage schedules and coordinate talent to ensure content shoots run efficiently.Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:
