Your Role: Retail Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing the strategy that drives customer engagement and data collection. This person will play a critical role in advancing our customer centric digital vision using data acquisition strategies, programs, partnerships, promotions, techniques, and tools to drive business results across the portfolio with scalability across the globe.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage Serves as a liaison with agency partners, learning and leveraging industry trends across all of our initiatives while developing capabilities that enhance and extend Elanco's precision marketing discipline.Evaluates program performance and investigates opportunities to recommend programs and strategies that drive customer engagement.Manages regular check-ins and reporting/presenting to executive-level leadership.Understands customer pain points and drives for solutions to help resolve problems.Leads projects cross-functionally to deliver a personalized customer experience.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree,Prior Elanco InternHighly self-motivated and driven leadershipWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Have an interest in wanting to make a difference, pets, sustainability, veterinary medicine, or market researchAbility to think strategically and make decisions within the context of uncertaintyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision
