Role Highlights:
Drive
Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) integration schedule and execute SEM system level design verification and performance qualification on the prototype system.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Job Description
• Make daily subsystem integration plan based on Master plan and high level system integration flow.Work with customer support (CS)/project lead to initiate/organize/coordinate engineering supports from cross teams to investigate/resolve SEM performance related issues from tools (internal or tools at customer(s)) including daily following up and update of issue resolving status/progressPersonal SkillsCan observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.Can learn and apply new information or skills.Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines.Optimize system efficiency and utilization, and maximize system quality
• Own and drive the implementation of the daily plan and report daily/weekly progress
• Manage issue resolution during system integration: set due dates, technical risk assessment, chasing owners, contribute to diagnosis and containments / solutions

Test the functionality and performance of SEM systems
• Support prototype installs on the customer site
Education
Master's degree with 3 years' relevant experience
Experienceo 3 years' experience of project management or system integration managemento Basic knowledge in SEM and physicso Team player with good communication skillso Experience with complex system troubleshooting is plus
