Job Summary
This position will be a part of the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering Marketing and Communications team. The Luddy Marketing and Communications Team serves as the central lead on all strategic marketing initiatives, services, and communication needs for the Luddy School on the Bloomington campus.
Department Specific ResponsibilitiesPlays a key creative role on the team, working within brand guidelines to design marketing collateral for various channels.Reports to the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications.Plans, develops, produces, and manages design deliverables on the Luddy School Marketing and Communications team.Works collaboratively with team members to support overall print and digital design needs for the team of the Luddy School.Designs basic and complex communication, marketing, and web materials by established deadlines for a variety of audiences and for distributions across print and digital platforms.Independently applies brand guidelines and design principles.Provides feedback and guidance on other designs produced by the team.Works with vendors on units' behalf to order printed materials and imprint items.Reports on progress and provides regular updates to upper management.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Advertised Salary
Finalist will receive an offer between $13.50 per hour and $20.00 per hour. Note that if the finalist is an IU undergraduate student, the offer will be $13.50 per hour and if the finalist is an IU graduate student, the offer will be $16.63 per hour in accordance with our pre-set, part-time pay rates.
Work Hours
The person hired will work 25 - 29 hours per week and will be required to attend 1-2 weekly (happening Monday through Friday) meetings between the hours of 9am and 5pm (EST). Schedule specifics should be discussed during interview and finalized during offer discussion.
