Description
BlueAlly Technology Solutions is actively looking for a Marketing Campaign & Event Coordinator to join our team at our beautiful new headquarters located in downtown Atlanta!
This is a fast-paced, Hybrid/remote position and an opportunity for the right individual to be part of a dynamic and growing IT organization! Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week in new office in Buckhead area of Atlanta.
Position Requirements & Responsibilities
1-3 years of professional experience working as a Marketing Assistant or Event Coordinator, ideally in the Information Technology spaceExperience with email marketing campaigns, trade shows, event planning and executionPlanning vendor/client in office lunches & small seminars- Kitchen/Catering/HospitalityOrdering of General office supplies, & coordinating Trade show materials, FedEx & UPS receiving & shippingExtremely proficient in Word, Excel, Power PointEnthusiastic, detail oriented & self-motivatedGood computer skills for generating reports viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing informationWorking knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features with experience in graphic design is helpful.Time management skills for juggling numerous time sensitive projects simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal skills for representing the company in public and during partner events
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or 2-3 years’ experience as a Marketing coordinatorWork Conditions
40-hour week and availability during standard office hours expectedLocation is in downtown Atlanta in the Buckhead area, Onsite 2-3 days per weekSome local travel may be expectedComputer-based position, sitting for extended periods of time (leading/attending virtual meetings)Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
