Design and prototype high quality solutions for web and mobile products.Own design strategy and execution, helping to build best-in-class design practices, methodologies and systemsBuild efficient workflows to collaborate with product managers, engineering and marketing teams to maximize design impact.Iterate and build at a rapid pace, flexibly moving between execution and forward-facing thinkingRequirements
6+ years of designing and shipping impactful softwareProven experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teamsProven experience working with and pitching to company leadership to execute on design solutionsEffective communication and illustration of design ideas with the ability to align the team quickly with goals and prioritiesBeing outspoken on personal taste with a high standard for aestheticsExperience in visual design, insightful understanding of fundamental design elements like colors, fonts, textures and can compose world-class visual design language fluentlyOpen-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry - bringing the latest insights to the teamBonus Points
Have led the design of impactful products or brands from 0 to 1, especially visual content creation products.Strong analytical thinking, with a great sense of data-driven designExperience conducting UX researchA strong passion for design in a broader sense, constantly expanding design thinking and expertise
Salary Range:
$150,000 - $240,000 annually depending on experience and fit
