Unlimited Biking is the best bike rental, tour and city experience company operating in cities like New York, San Francisco, Washington DC and more. Our goal is to provide our customers with the ability to create meaningful and memorable experiences as they explore cities by bike.
We are looking for a candidate that is able to wear two hats, as our New York Marketing Team is looking for someone to have boots on the ground in our San Francisco stores as we continue to grow along the west coast with new locations in San Diego and Santa Monica!
Front Desk Duties
:
- Completing friendly and personable check-ins at the front desk
- Coordinating with guests for a streamlined checkin process
- Bike handling and setup of guests (distributing equipment for the rental, assisting customers with changing of equipment)
Marketing Duties:
- Photo and video projects as needed
- Daily social media content creation
- Blog writing / copywriting
- Helping with our affiliate/influencer program
- General email outreach work as needed
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, easygoing personality in addition to being perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with day-to-day customers and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. We want you to make our guests and visitors feel appreciated and valued in our stores, while providing quick and efficient service. We also want someone that is excited at trying new tasks everyday, as each day might look different.
In our candidates, we are looking for individuals who are:
Open to learning and adapting
Able to stay positive, outgoing, and energetic while working on their feet in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in customer service, operations, tourism or similar position
Proficient in English (oral and written), multilingual is a plus
Strong in communication and people skills
Able to prioritize and multi-task, initiating tasks and performing duties without direction
Equipped with a positive, can-do attitude
Locations may vary from time to time for our different stores and events in San Francisco.
