Position Summary:This role is open with a financial services company. Our UX team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the vision and strategy for a new application shared across all development teams. This includes the brand consolidation of all digital assets, including: website, mobile application, new applications, and more. Your focus will be creating and implementing a governance model to ensure any/all colleagues producing design work are on-brand.Responsibilities:Build on foundations of Design System – contribute UX elements and best practices to Design System, ensure newly designed elements are included in Design System.Drive adoption and ensuring all designers leverage the brand standard for Design System.Follow UX work through from concept to delivery.Provide expert design advice and recommendations to Product and UX designers.Effectively communicate UX designs using site maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and other deliverables to create an engaging web presence.Collaborate with developers to apply design to digital platforms and to ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.Ensure the successful representation of company brand across all media channels.Create and maintain design style guides.Mentor and coach junior colleagues across the org to become self-sufficient in the design tools, creating reusable templates from which they can produce on-brand artifacts.Manage project workflow and coordinate with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals and assignments.Adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain or update related documentation as needed.Requirements:4+ years of experience in UX, UI and digital designPrevious experience working cross-functionally on a completed UX/front-end productAdvanced knowledge of web design, usability, and information architecture principlesProficient with current design tools, such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Suite, etc.Nice to have:Financial Services experiencePrevious experience working on an enterprise-level product and/or at a large-scale organization
