Leads communication support including the development, preparation, production, coordination, and editing of products such as finished intelligence products, strategy documents, talking points, and speeches.Mentors and trains junior staff in speech writing techniques.Utilizes tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to create compelling content.Uses request management tools like NarQuest for efficient customer support on communications requests.Researches, proofreads, edits, creates, writes, processes, revises, formats, and coordinates the composition of products for publication and dissemination.Ensures documentation and editing support includes checks for accuracy, consistency, style, readability, and accessibility.Drafts and edits various communication materials including talking points, speeches, and leadership communications.Serves as the primary author for fact sheets, pamphlets, articles, and other communications products.Independently initiates, plans, executes, and reports on tasks.Prepares and edits speeches or scripts for senior executives for various delivery formats.Conveys complex information clearly and simply.Ensures all products comply with tradecraft and publication standards.Advises and coaches leadership on speech presentation and delivery.Minimum Qualifications Degree Requirements: Bachelor's Degree + minimum of three (3) years experience.
