This can come from research or from personal experience.Convince readers to become valued customers (CRO).Learn about all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, and engineering, while getting to meet your new team members.Gain a clear understanding of the business model, and build a mental map of the types of readers targeted.Manage your time to meet deadlines and motivate team members.Clearly explain your ideas to both Content Writers and Product Managers as an effective verbal and written communicator.Provide constructive editorial feedback that elevates our Content Writers and allows them to take their writing to the next level.Create structured outlines using keyword research to engage readers.Be involved in hiring and growing a freelance writing team.Preferred ExperienceEditorial and/or writing experience at a startup with a world-class content marketing department.Experience working with tools like Ahrefs to identify user intent and long-tail keywords relevant to topics you're writing about.Experience managing in-house writing teams.Previous experience editing content written for the web.Salary: $45 - $75 per yearJob Posted by ApplicantPro
