Company OverviewWe’re supporting a huge wine company in the consumer industry to find a talented & hard-working Senior Growth Marketer to join the team.

Position OverviewAs our Senior Growth Marketer, you will be focused on the growth and optimization of our entire customer life cycle, including acquisition, retention, win-back, churn, and more.

ResponsibilitiesHelp develop and execute our multi-channel growth marketing strategy, with the goal of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels (paid advertising, search, SEO, social media, etc.)Manage our paid ads and search buying with a hands-on approach, presenting on performance daily with the goal of growing our subscriber baseAnalyze marketing performance across all channels, and identify opportunities for improvement to increase learningPull and organize data around customer behavior, including LTV, churn, cancellation reasons, and other ad hoc projectsHelp drive better e-commerce performance by monitoring our website and email analytics to find ways to improve bounce, click, and conversion ratesCollaborate with all teams, including design, media, customer service, and productRequirements5+ years of experience in growth marketingDeep understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-makingExpertise in multiple marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social mediaExceptional communication and collaboration skillsExperience with luxury or premium brands is preferable but not requiredPassionate about our mission of bringing healthier artisan wines to more wine drinkers and supporting the families who grow themBenefitsAbove Market CompensationDistributed Work Model with a limited in-office policy, built to support every individual’s freedom and still build a strong team4-day work week, with limited emails after hours and on weekendsUnlimited pure Organic Artisan WinesGenerous 401k, Profit Sharing, and Defined Benefit plans availablePaid gym stipendUnlimited PTO and generous company vacation scheduleHuge opportunities to expand your responsibilities and position as the company continues to rapidly growMost importantly, the opportunity to connect with an exceptional and talented team on a daily basis.
