Oversee Mochi's content marketing strategy across all channels.Create engaging content that speaks to the right personas, aligning with our brand voice and business goals across channels like web, social, email, etc.Generate innovative content ideas and bring them to life to keep our approach fresh.Collaborate with the head of growth to understand all aspects of our business and transform mundane content into compelling copy that aligns with our brand pillars and company mission.Maintain a clear content calendar that provides visibility across blogs, social, emails, and other communication methods with our members.Manage our Blog and monthly content/posting calendar.Qualifications:

2-4 years of relevant work experience.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.Natural writer and wordsmith, capable of writing motivating and valuable copy across different formats.Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.Former experience as an MD is strongly preferred.This role will be onsite 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
